Be careful. Offers like "use my code and I'll Venmo you $50" or "send me your login and I'll apply the bonus" are common scams on Reddit and social media. A real referral code is free, you type it into the official CSL Plasma app yourself, and no one needs your password or payment details.

The usual reasons: the letter O was typed instead of a zero, iGive Rewards isn't activated yet (it requires a completed first donation), more than 7 days have passed since your first donation, or the account belongs to someone who has donated at CSL before. Copy Q6MT7GL0XU exactly and try again, or ask staff at your center.
