What is iGive Rewards?

iGive Rewards is the loyalty program built into the CSL Plasma app. Donors earn rewards for donating, and it's also where the referral program lives — both for entering a referral code as a new donor and for referring others once you're an active donor.

How to activate iGive Rewards

  1. Download the CSL Plasma app (App Store / Google Play) and create your account.
  2. Complete your first donation at a CSL Plasma center.
  3. Open the app and follow the prompt to activate iGive Rewards. If your account isn't linked to your donor record yet, ask center staff.

Why can't I activate it yet? iGive Rewards is only available after your first donation is completed. If you haven't donated yet, that's expected — save the code now and enter it within 7 days of your first visit.

Entering a referral code in iGive Rewards

Once iGive Rewards is active, open its referral section and type Q6MT7GL0XU in the referral code box. Do it within 7 days of your first donation. Then complete your 2nd donation to receive the $100 bonus.
