CSL Plasma Referral Code Not Working? Here's Why (and How to Fix It)

By Emiliano White, FounderUpdated Code checked this month

Quick answer

Most "not working" codes come down to one of six things: a letter O instead of a zero, iGive Rewards not activated yet, the 7-day window passed, a previous CSL donation on the account, a typo or extra space, or an expired code. Copy Q6MT7GL0XU and try again.

Five reasons a CSL Plasma referral code doesn't work, and how to fix each one.

6 reasons a CSL Plasma referral code doesn't work

1. The letter O instead of a zero

Q6MT7GL0XU contains a zero (the 8th character). In many fonts, 0 and O look identical. Use the copy button instead of typing.

2. iGive Rewards isn't activated yet

The referral code box only appears once iGive Rewards is active, and iGive Rewards can only be activated after your first donation is completed. If you haven't donated yet, that's why.

3. More than 7 days since your first donation

The code must be entered within 7 days of your first donation. After that, the referral bonus won't apply.

4. You've donated at CSL Plasma before

The referral bonus is for brand-new donors only. See options for existing donors.

5. A typo or hidden space

Copy-pasting from some apps adds a space at the start or end. Delete it and re-enter.

6. The code itself is expired

Codes from old Reddit threads often belong to donors who are no longer active. Q6MT7GL0XU is checked every month — last checked October 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my CSL Plasma referral code not working?

The usual reasons: the letter O was typed instead of a zero, iGive Rewards isn't activated yet (it requires a completed first donation), more than 7 days have passed since your first donation, or the account belongs to someone who has donated at CSL before. Copy Q6MT7GL0XU exactly and try again, or ask staff at your center.

Is the "0" in Q6MT7GL0XU a zero or the letter O?

It's a zero. The code is Q6MT7GL0XU, spelled Q-6-M-T-7-G-L-zero-X-U. Typing the letter O instead of a zero is the most common reason a code "doesn't work." Use the copy button to avoid typos.

What happens if I miss the 7-day window?

The referral code has to be entered within 7 days of your first donation. If you wait longer, the referral bonus won't apply — so enter Q6MT7GL0XU as soon as you activate iGive Rewards.

Who can use this CSL Plasma referral code?

Code Q6MT7GL0XU is for brand-new CSL Plasma donors only. If you have donated at CSL Plasma before, the referral bonus won't apply to your account.

What is iGive Rewards and how do I activate it?

iGive Rewards is CSL Plasma's rewards program inside the CSL Plasma app. You can activate it after your first donation is complete. Once it's active, you'll find the referral code box where you enter Q6MT7GL0XU.
